Spring/Fall 2023

The Sing-Sing Youth Lacrosse Club (SSYLC) seeks to teach and promote access to the game of lacrosse on the amateur level to the youth of Ossining, NY and its neighboring towns. The program is designed to enhance player development and lacrosse fundamentals.  Emphasis will be on improving lacrosse skills, overall team concepts, and understanding of the game.   The program is designed to improve player development and seeks to instill confidence, sportsmanship, as well as enjoyment and respect for the game of lacrosse.  The program will include home and away games against neighboring youth programs.  The general understanding is that kids are still trying numerous different sports, however practice and game participation is anticipated. 

Registration for the Spring and Fall 2023 Season is Open

Cost:

$270 for grades 3-6

$150 for grades 1-2

$50 for Kindergarten

The registration fee covers both Spring and Fall, and will include new uniforms (that you get to keep!).

NOTE: ALL SSYLC players need to be members of USA Lacrosse to complete the registration process. The fee is $30 and lasts 12 months. USA Lacrosse is the national governing body of lacrosse. It sets rules of play, offers coaches training, certifies our referees, explores best practices always with player development and safety as its primary focus and fosters a love of lacrosse and supports its growth.

The Spring Season Begins March 13, 2023

While SSYLC is a privately funded program, we will not exclude a member of the community from participating due to financial hardship.  Should your family not have the means to pay for registration, please email Singsinglacrosse@gmail.com to set up time for a confidential conversation.  

EQUIPMENT: Full lacrosse set is required including stick, helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads, gloves, athletic supporter, cleats, and mouth guard.  While SSYLC is a privately funded program, we will not exclude a member of the community from participating due to financial hardship.  Should your family not have the means to purchase equipment, please email Singsinglacrosse@gmail.com to set up time for a confidential conversation.
